Artisan Cheeses Made from Cow Milk



These artisan cheeses made by other small regional farms are made from unpasteurized cows' milk, and aged at least 60 days. All of the cheeses are suitable for a formal feast or an informal spread. They work well in recipes, but are oh so good standing on their own flavor alone!


 
Gourmet Barren County Bleu
Rich and rangy, sharp and creamy at the same time, this white cheddar is aged 10 months to strike the perfect balance of robust flavor and rich taste, without harsh sharpness or dryness.  Each package weighs approx one half lb.
