
Artisan Cheeses Made from Cow Milk
These artisan cheeses made by other small regional farms are made from unpasteurized cows' milk, and aged at least 60 days. All of the cheeses are suitable for a formal feast or an informal spread. They work well in recipes, but are oh so good standing on their own flavor alone!
| Organic Grassfed Medium Cheddar A very high-quality cheddar, aged at least 60 days. This cheese is certified organic and comes from cows which are 100% grass fed. The color is naturally yellow due to the beta-carotene derived from the grasses. Each package weights 0.45 to 0.55 lbs.
