West Wind Farms' Veggie CSA contains not only vegetables, but also fresh, seasonal fruits and herbs produced using organic practices.

This product is available for our East Tennessee (Knoxville area) delivery locations only. All other delivery locations, please order veggie and fruit items separately from our shopping cart as available.

A heaping half-bushel box of fresh produce will be delivered each Wednesday from mid-April through mid- October (or the first frost), approximately 26 weeks. That's 1/2 a year! Four weeks earlier, and more, than last year's shares!

Produce crops will include, but not be limited to, arugula, basil, snap beans, beets, broccoli, carrots, swiss chard, cilantro, cucumbers, eggplant, endive, gourmet lettuce mix, red romaine, buttercrunch lettuce, mustard greens, collards, asian greens, bok choy, onions, garlic, parsley, peppers, potatoes, sweet potatoes, sweet corn, radishes, scallions, spinach, assorted squashes, assorted tomatoes, turnips, assorted melons, celery, okra, and seasonal berries, just to mention a few!
Produce will be grown using organic practices. Each fruit, herb or vegetable will be included in your CSA box according to its season. We expect to start the season with a hearty volume this year.
