West Wind Farms does not accept return of perishable products. Return of nonperishable products should be coordinated with West Wind Farms at least one day in advance by contacting West Wind Farms’ Customer Service email account, sending a message from the message section of the Contact Us page of www.westwindfarms.com, or by calling West Wind Farms Customer Service phone line during West Wind Farms’ stated business hours.
Replacements, Credits & Refunds
West Wind Farms strives to provide consistently high quality products to its customers. Your feedback helps us to continuously improve our products. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of any product from West Wind Farms, we will, on a case-by-case basis:
-Provide a replacement;
-Credit your account; or,
-Refund your account,
provided you notify us within 45 days of the sale date as described below.
In order for us to review the quality of the product provided in future sales, and to appropriately process your replacement, credit or refund, we request you print and complete our Quality Review Form. You may contact West Wind Farms Customer Service to request a copy of the form be mailed to you if you are unable to print it from our website. Return the completed Quality Review Form to West Wind Farms within 45 days of the product’s sale date. West Wind Farms will review your feedback and issue a replacement, credit or refund to you within 30 days of receiving the form. Replacements, credits or refunds cannot be processed for forms received 45 days after the sale, or for forms not completed in full.
Request For Order Cancellation Or Change Of Delivery
Requests for cancellation of a previously placed order, or changes to a previously selected delivery location or time, must be received at least one day prior to the expected shipment/delivery date from West Wind Farms’ facility and during West Wind Farms’ stated business hours in order to be processed. Cancellations and changes may be sent by email to West Wind Farms Customer Service email account, sent from the message section of the Contact Us page of www.westwindfarms.com, or by calling West Wind Farms Customer Service phone line. Regarding requests made other than as stated here: the orders have already been processed, cannot be reversed, and cannot be refunded or replaced by West Wind Farms.
Cancelled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. This fee will be waived in the following situations:
-The product was on backorder.
-The customer chooses to receive a store credit good for six months. (A refund of any balance of such a store credit will be subject to the 5% cancellation fee.)
By placing your order with West Wind Farms, you agree to abide by West Wind Farms’ policy regarding cancellation fees.
There is no fee to change a delivery location or time, provided the request is made in accordance with our policy above.
