SHIPPING
For ultimate convenience, have your West Wind Farms order shipped directly to your door. West Wind Farms ships weekly throughout the continental U.S. Perishable foods are packaged in specialized eco-friendly insulated packaging with cold packs or dry ice and guaranteed to arrive cold. To ensure freshness, orders are shipped only on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Orders received Wednesday through Sunday will typically be shipped on Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week. Contact us for expedited shipping; addition fees will apply.

West Wind Farms delivers its products throughout TN and GA using its natural gas-fueled delivery vehicle. Four ways to pickup West Wind Farms products in your neighborhood:
The culmination of the harvests! What festive events! Sooo much more lively and interesting than the supermarket! Make farmers markets at least one of your weekly grocery shopping destinations. At farmers markets, you have a choice of ordering in advance through our website, or shopping from our selection of products at the market. For best selection and fastest service, place an order through our shopping cart. We'll pack your order and have it ready and waiting for you when you arrive. Markets we are attending this year:

A number of West Wind Farms' customers volunteer to participate more directly with their farm by offering a place for other West Wind Farms customers to pickup their orders. Pickup times are convenient. We currently have 24 participating Host Homes throughout TN and GA. There's sure to be a West Wind Farms Host Home close to your neighborhood! Select your Host Home during checkout.

Order, then meet us to pickup your order as we are en route to/from our farmers markets. Check out our route and call us to set a pickup location and time. This method requires a little more coordination and flexibility, but serves many of our customers well.
PICKUP AT FARM
West Wind Farms does not have a storefront on farm, but we are happy to pre-package your order and have it ready for you when you arrive. We're available to meet you most Sundays and Thursdays from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm Eastern time, or other times by appointment. The farm gate is closed on Wednesdays and Saturdays. You can choose the best pickup date during checkout. No taxes or fees are added to products picked up from the farm! We're sorry, but farm tours cannot be offered during on-farm product pickups.
